1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing)
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
Prepare Meat Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
Form Meatballs: Take a small portion of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place a small amount of shredded cheddar cheese in the center and mold the meat around the cheese to form a ball.
Place in Muffin Tin: Place each meatball into the prepared muffin tin.
Prepare Glaze: In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar until smooth.
Apply Glaze: Brush the tops of each meatball with the prepared glaze.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked and the cheese is melted.
Serve: Allow the meatloaf bites to cool slightly before removing them from the muffin tin. Serve warm
