These savory Breakfast Rolls are a delightful twist on traditional breakfast fare, combining the flavors of sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheese, all wrapped in a flaky crescent dough. They're perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch and can be easily customized to suit your taste preferences.
2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll sheets
1/3 cup whipped chive and onion cream cheese
8 oz cooked ground breakfast sausage
4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 large eggs
2 tbsp finely diced red bell pepper
1 tbsp milk
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Prepare Scrambled Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, diced red bell pepper, milk, and black pepper. Cook the mixture in a skillet over medium heat until scrambled and fully cooked. Set aside to cool slightly.
Assemble the Rolls: Unroll the crescent dough sheets and pinch the seams together to form a large rectangle. Spread the whipped cream cheese evenly over the dough. Layer the scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Roll and Slice: Carefully roll the dough into a log, starting from one edge. Cut the rolled dough into 12 equal slices using a serrated knife or unflavored dental floss.
Bake: Place the slices into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 24–26 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
Serve: Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm for a delicious breakfast treat!
