Ingredients:
12 oz orzo pasta, uncooked
2 cups seeded and diced fresh tomatoes
⅓ cup diced red onions
½ tablespoon garlic puree
2 tablespoons basil pesto
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ cup chopped fresh basil
⅓ cup feta cheese
Directions:
Cook the orzo pasta according to the package directions.
Drain and rinse with cold water until the pasta is cooled down.
