3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
¼ cup Dijon mustard
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound to about ½ inch thickness.
Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Lay two slices of Swiss cheese and two slices of ham on each chicken breast.
Roll up the chicken tightly, securing the ends with toothpicks.

Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
While the chicken bakes, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in flour and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Gradually add milk, whisking constantly until the sauce thickens.
Stir in Dijon mustard and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove toothpicks from the chicken rolls.
