8 oz imitation crab meat, finely chopped
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 green onion, finely sliced
½ teaspoon garlic powder
20–24 wonton wrappers
Vegetable oil (for frying) or cooking spray (for baking)
