Ingredients:
3 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, crumbled feta, red onion, and chopped parsley.
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
