Ingredients
For the Shrimp:
1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup dry white wine
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and divided
Juice from one lemon
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Topping:
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
Directions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the Baking Dish: Pour the white wine and 2 tablespoons of melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Place the dish in the oven for about 10 minutes to allow the sauce to reduce and concentrate its flavors.
Prepare the Shrimp: In a separate bowl, combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
