Ingredients:
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: sliced green onions or chopped celery for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing, and half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Mix well until evenly combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (about 8x8 inches or similar size) and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions or chopped celery if desired.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, crackers, or your favorite dippers.
