Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup orzo pasta
2 cups chicken broth
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 cups fresh spinach
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Prepare the Salmon:
