1½ lbs sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 lb petite red potatoes (quartered)
4 ears corn on the cob (cut in half)
½ cup salted butter (melted)
4 garlic cloves (roughly chopped)
2 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried rosemary
½ tsp onion powder
Prepare the Slow Cooker: Place the halved corn on one side of the slow cooker and the quartered potatoes on the other side.
Add the Steak: Place the cubed steak in the center of the slow cooker, between the corn and potatoes.
Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave (about 30 seconds). Add the chopped garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and onion powder to the melted butter. Mix well.
Combine and Cook: Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the steak, potatoes, and corn. Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and the steak is cooked through.
Serve: Once cooked, serve the steak, potatoes, and corn hot, spooning some of the garlic butter sauce over the top for added flavor.
