Ingredients
1 lb cooked ham, cut into cubes
1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cubed
¼ cup teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp honey
Wooden skewers (soaked in water if grilling)
Directions
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
In a bowl, stir together teriyaki sauce and honey until well blended.
Alternate threading ham and pineapple cubes onto the skewers.
Brush the skewers generously with the teriyaki-honey mixture. Grill for about 4–5 minutes per side, until caramelized and slightly charred.
