Ingredients:
For the Meatloaf:
1½ pounds ground turkey (preferably lean turkey breast)
1 tablespoon olive oil (for sautéing)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon ground thyme
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 large egg
¾ cup breadcrumbs (whole wheat or gluten-free)
½ cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
For the Glaze:
½ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or balsamic vinegar)
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
Sauté Aromatics: In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing for 4-5 minutes until softened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Mix Meatloaf: In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed onions and garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, pepper, egg, breadcrumbs, and milk. Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.

Prepare Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
