1 lb (450g) steak tips (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Cheesy Rigatoni Parmesan Sauce:
12 oz (340g) rigatoni pasta
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Prepare the Cajun Steak Tips:
In a bowl, toss the steak pieces with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak tips until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 4–5 minutes.
Remove from heat and set aside.
