1 (8-ounce) block of feta cheese
12 large eggs
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Pita pockets or crusty bread, for serving
Fresh basil and/or mint leaves, for garnish
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Baking Dish: Grease an 8×11-inch baking dish with olive oil.
