8 oz pasta (rotini or bowtie recommended)
1½ cups cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded
⅓ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp ranch dressing
½ red bell pepper, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
¼ red onion, finely chopped
¼ cup crumbled feta or blue cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped green onion or parsley for garnish (optional)
Cook the pasta: Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down. Set aside.
Make the dressing: In a small bowl, mix together buffalo sauce, Greek yogurt, and ranch dressing until smooth and well combined.
Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, diced bell pepper, celery, and red onion.
Toss with dressing: Pour the buffalo-yogurt dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Finish and chill: Add crumbled feta or blue cheese if using. Season with salt and pepper. Chill for at least 20–30 minutes for the best flavor.
Serve: Garnish with chopped green onion or parsley before serving, if desired.
