Ingredients:
4 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
Zest of 2 oranges
Juice of 1 orange
1 1/2 cups ground almonds
1/2 cup ground pistachios
1 teaspoon baking powder
Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar together until pale and fluffy.
Stir in orange zest and orange juice.
In a separate bowl, combine ground almonds, ground pistachios, and baking powder.
Gently fold the nut mixture into the egg mixture until well combined.
