Ingredients:
8 ounces noodles (such as egg noodles, rice noodles, or spaghetti)
1 pound ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 green onions, sliced
1 cup shredded carrots (optional)
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
Add cooked noodles and shredded carrots (if using) to the skillet. Toss everything together until noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
