For the Cream Filling:

¼ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Prepare the Cream Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
Use an electric mixer to whip the mixture until stiff peaks form.
Transfer the whipped cream to a piping bag and refrigerate to firm up while you prepare the churro dough.
Make the Churro Dough:
In a medium saucepan, combine the water, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the all-purpose flour until a dough forms. It should pull away from the sides of the pan.
