Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1-2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Optional garnish: sliced green onions, sesame seeds
Directions:
Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat.
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar to make the Bang Bang sauce.
Toss the cooked chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
