2 lbs boneless, skinless turkey breast
½ cup pure maple syrup
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried thyme)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
Make the Glaze: In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Season Turkey: Rub olive oil over the turkey breast, ensuring it's evenly coated. Pour half of the glaze over the turkey, spreading it like a warm blanket.
Roast: Place the turkey in the oven. After about 30 minutes, baste it with the pan juices and brush on the remaining glaze. Continue roasting until the internal temperature reaches 165 °F (74 °C).
Rest & Serve: Let the turkey rest for about 10 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
