Ingredients:
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1½ cups ice-cold water
1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2½ cups heavy whipping cream
⅔ cup marshmallow fluff
5–6 ripe bananas, sliced
1 box Nilla wafers
Directions:
Prepare the Pudding:
In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and ice-cold water until well combined.
Add the instant vanilla pudding mix and whisk vigorously until there are no lumps.
Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours to allow it to set.
Whip the Cream:
In a separate large bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Add the marshmallow fluff and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
Combine:
Gently fold the whipped cream into the chilled pudding mixture in increments, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
Stir until there are minimal streaks remaining.
Assemble the Pudding:
In a 9×13-inch baking dish or a large bowl, layer Nilla wafers on the bottom.
Top with a layer of sliced bananas, then spread ⅓ of the pudding mixture over the bananas.
Repeat the layers two more times, ending with a final layer of pudding on top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the wafers to soften.
