Soulseer Mizutsune
“ A blind Mizutsune that has learned to use its bubbles as an additional sense. The vileness of an unforgiving resentment is said to burn inside its closed eyelids. Its appellation "Soulseer" has a deeper meaning for those it traps in its bubbles. ”

The Soulseer Mizutsune (Bullavulpes elegansos; Japanese: 天眼タマミツネ) is the fictional species of saurischian wyvern called Leviathans, introduced in Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate.
To hunt this Deviant, Hunters, Templars, and Assassins need special permission. However, because of their extraordinary rarity of emergence and the tremendous threat they pose owing to the huge powers they acquire as a result of their transformation, deviants are classed individually. To hunt a Deviant animal, a Hunter, Templar, or Assassin must first obtain specific licenses.
Mizutsune's Japanese name, Tamamitsune (タマミツネ), is a mix between Tamamo-no-Mae (a legendary fox spirit from Japanese mythology) and kitsune (kanji: 狐 / kana: キツネ) meaning "fox" in Japanese.
Its English name combines the Japanese words mizu (kanji: 水 / kana: ミズ), meaning "water", and kitsune (kanji: 狐 / kana: キツネ), meaning "fox"; which means "water fox".
Although blind, the Soulseer Mizutsune is able to perceive its environment through its bubbles. While not enraged, it will move about an area, releasing bubbles that will expand outwards in a spiral pattern before disappearing. Until a hunter comes in contact with these bubbles, Soulseer Mizutsune will move and attack much slower than a normal Mizutsune. It may attack more unpredictably as well, given that it cannot see its targets.
If a hunter comes in contact with its bubbles, the Soulseer Mizutsune will immediately become enraged. It will attack more quickly and aggressively. Instead of releasing bubbles of different size or color, Soulseer Mizutsune will launch blue bubbles that explode on contact. These bubbles can inflict fireblight. The Soulseer Mizutsune will often attempt to chain its exploding bubbles into other attacks.
Throughout the hunt, the Soulseer Mizutsune will coat its front claws or tail with dark red bubbles, similar to the red, attack-boosting bubbles that common Mizutsune are known to release. This coating will make the applied part more vulnerable to damage and easier for blademaster weapons to cut, but will also increase their damage output. In addition, if a hunter is struck by Soulseer Mizutsune's claws or tail while the dark red bubbles are applied, then the hunter will get an attack boost for a short duration.
The Soulseer Mizutsune will occasionally rear back, then attack with a spiral, drill-like rush. It is also capable of launching itself straight into the air, then coming back down with a body slam. The latter often has little warning and deals significant damage. When enraged, the Soulseer Mizutsune will almost always follow up its double claw strike with one of these two attacks.
The Soulseer Mizutsune's (and by extension, Rise's Apex Mizutsune's) explosive bubbles may be a deliberate reference to "Kitsunebi", balls of fire created by magical Kitsune to lead them through the night.
The Mizutsune is able to breathe bubbles at its enemies and is able to produce these bubbles in its fur. These bubbles inflict bubble blight, which hinders movement. It can also fire pressurized jets of water from its mouth, much like Plesioth. It can be observed preying on fish or grooming its claws when not provoked. They are also seen swimming through water.

When low on stamina, the Mizutsune's yellow fins change to a blue color, but Mizutsune will eat fish from a fishing spot to recover Stamina. Without hitting a foe with one of its bubbles, Soulseer Mizutsune can't see enemy too well. It is possible to avoid all of its bubbles through a whole quest.

As carnivores, the Mizutsune mostly consume fish and other tiny prey. On occasion, though, Mizutsune have been observed to consume larger prey, such as birds, tiny reptiles, frogs, salamanders, insects, and other mammals, including Kelbi. Despite their prowess as predators, the Mizutsune have competition from other huge predatory creatures such as Plesioth, Zinogre, Astalos, Lagiacrus, and Nargacuga. Agents of Shield and the University of Tokyo have just uncovered a kind of Leviathan Wyvern called the Mizutsune. It is similar to a sacred beast that was mentioned in the traditions of Yukumo or Nara Village during various periods and that eats humans, macaques, squirrels, rats, bears, tigers, serows, deer, and even bulls.
The Soulseer Mizutsune is a Mizutsune Deviant who is an extremely large creature but has no remaining vision. Its face was severely injured during a turf fight with another monster, most likely a Zinogre, and as a result, this old Mizutsune is now blind.
The Mizutsune's capacity to create bubbles is its most distinctive adaptation. It may create the bubbles by rubbing its hairs in unique fluid secretions that are made from its own body in addition to water. Its sides, legs, tail, and chest all have these silky, stiff purple hairs. Its hairs are utilized to distribute the fluids it creates, slide on top of them, and even use the fluids to create further bubbles. These bubbling liquids can also be inhaled by Mizutsune through its mouth. In combat, it is known to employ the bubbles it creates both offensively and defensively.
In combat, it employs the bubbles to increase its speed and flexibility while also obstructing any enemies' movement. The Mizutsune has unique hook-like claws that enable it to quickly stop sliding in order to avoid leaving itself vulnerable when it is in motion. The fins of the Mizutsune, despite their peculiar look, serve as receptors that use vibrations in the fluids to identify the presence of predators and prey. The Mizutsune's teeth are recurved, much like those of a snake, to make it difficult for victims to escape. It can even expand its mouth wide and devour certain enormous prey since its jaws are somewhat resembling those of a snake.
Like the Mizutsune, the Soulseer Mizutsune are rather calm in nature until provoked. Usually, Soulseer Mizutsune spend most of their time sleeping. Once a bubble touches a hunter, Soulseer Mizutsune will go into Rage Mode. The Bubbly Dance Skill will also trigger this effect.
The Mizutsune has been seen inhabiting the Misty Peaks and Primal Forest. It is also seen at the Forbidden Lands' Scarlet Forest and Ruins of Wyveria.
The Mizutsune is the one of the species of saurischian wyverns are marked by Agents of Shield as Most Elegant of All Leviathans according to the ancient texts in Ancient Japan to Edo period and endemic to Japan, but invasive species to Korea, China, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, Philippines, Austria, Russia, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Morocco, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Andorra, Monaco, to Cornwall made by humans and wyverians.
Due to the Isu's most stupidest beliefs, Norman Osborn listed the Mizutsune and its Rare Species Violet Mizutsune and Deviant Soulseer Mizutsune, as invasive species in the Monster Hunter series. The collider portal, which is located in the East Asian steppe, allows multiple universes to enter our world, which is why the First Civilization's society and culture collapsed due to competition, habitat destruction, animal attacks, and volcanic eruptions.

The Soulseer Mizutsune was highly resistant to comatose, except for more to shoot and utilized narcotics to continuously overdose while being tranquilized by bullets and rendered comatose. Because the survivor is constantly within 17 radii of the hatching egg, Soulseer Mizutsune are quickly tamed after they emerge from an egg. If the Soulseer Mizutsune is untrained, you can tame Soulseer Mizutsune with fish flakes, fish flesh, any meat, fish eggs, or fish meat wrapped in seaweed.
Project Pashneia, a scientific project by the Terran branch of Deities to produce any animals, monsters, or humans in terms of their own, was used to create Mizutsune, like all creatures.
The Mizutsune is the portmanteau between in Japanese words: mizu and kitsune, which means "water fox" as the name is like a fox swims and sweeps with bubbles like a hagfish.
Joszef Horvath and his wife Heloise Szekely, found this animal in Nara Temple at Nara prefecture, Japan it was considered mystical itself but allegedly involved this dinosaur for the issues, the princess. This dinosaur was considered an endangered species, but rare worldwide as an invasive species causing problems with naturally made dishwashing liquid like substances made by Mizutsune.
This animal was mentioned by Roberto and Juliet about this animal found in air breathing coral reefs biomes, but it avoided the Rotten Vale sections in Lighruperisal archipelago and peninsula. Mizutsune was included in ball party invited by Queen Marissa Villaroel of Ascunsian Empire along with collaboration characters before the large assault from the Horatian Guardians and Nicolette, causing large scale damages mixed with volcanic eruptions, brownout everywhere, tsunamis, earthquakes, tornadoes and even three days of darkness not made by Moses, made by Luison.
Soulseer Mizutsune is considered a sin. According to Ghost Rider about this animal, it was used clairvoyance to see the future and reduction of bad prediction according to Daisy Johnson. Soulseer Mizutsune, like normal one, it lives in Japanese Empire as endemic species, but migrates over South Korea, China, Myanmar, Laos, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Siberia to Ukraine according to United Nations and Agents of Shield.
Stephen Strange and his allies found one individual in Connecticut, originate from South Korea via Drift Portal was very cautious and friendly towards children who like bubbles. Shuri warns Stephen about this animal, their one eye was wounded and ignite itself in the right eye and burns unharmed, causing adding new substance made of sulfur and nitrogen unknown to normal Mizutsune.
Later in Worldcraft and Rewritten series, Soulseer Mizutsune was introduced in elsewhere in Reinachos and Delphia respectively, it was attacked by unknown variant unknown to Kenobi and Skywalker, known as Sith Lords of these animals, including from Monster Hunter series into Sith itself. Deviants are weaker than Sith, but stronger than deviants.

Mizutsune is confirmed to be Ryozo Tsujimoto's favorite of the Fated Four.
The first Monster Hunter animal had received another variant from collaboration called Sith Monsters, which are predecessors of Sith Lords as collaboration of Earth Responsibly and Star Wars to Mobile Legends.
