“ An aquatic dragon with unrestricted power over lightning that can fly or swim on water despite being on land and in the air. It generates pools of water and uses a special organ to pump electricity into them, producing enormous steam explosions. It serves as the Talokan tribe's guard. ”

Namielle ® - This species is a registered trademark of Capcom Co., and it is used by Earth Responsibly and Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure spinoff as permission.
The Namielle (Neptunala andrewsi) is the Elder Dragon introduced in Monster Hunter World: Iceborne, later be introduced in Earth Responsibly as part of Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure.
The name Namielle is a mix of the English words nami (which means "wave" or "tide" in Japanese, and the same is true for "tsunami") and nielle (which means "extremely dark" in French), probably referring to Namielle's motif of being a dragon of the dark, abyssal deep.
The Namielle was resembles manta rays, deep-sea fish, and jellyfish in certain ways. Its enormous wings have a rainbow luminosity that pulses regularly and are tinted black on top and pale blue on the underside. While its body and the undersides of its wings are colored a milky tan when it is dried up and devoid of water, its head is red and blue with the same pulsing brightness. On the lower jaw, it bears several long whiskers as well. Namielle can enter an advanced condition when its body becomes brilliantly bioluminescent, boosting the overall damage it deals with attacks when both power-ups are engaged.
In Earth Responsibly universe, the Namielle is the closest relative to Kushala Daora than the Chameleos, due to numerous errors about the taxonomy and their origins. The Namielle is most closely related to the Chameleos in Monster Hunter series.
The Namielle has the power to generate, absorb and manipulate water at will. When in danger, it will electrify its body and use the tips of its wings to touch patches of water and make them explode violently into steam. Namielle also has the power to float, and fly without beating its wings, soaring through the sky similar to a manta ray.
The charged state begins after Namielle creates an initial burst of electricity, after which currents of electricity occasionally surge from the dragon's body. This state allows Namielle to use its thunder-based attacks and short-circuit the water puddles it creates on the field. The charged state can be doused via Elderseal, but not by toppling Namielle.
After ingesting a significant amount of water, Namielle enters the hydrated condition and changes from its natural black tint to a bright color. Namielle's resistance is altered by this mode so that she is more susceptible to elemental harm than physical harm. Namielle is able to extend her torrential strikes using the mode's puddles. Elderseal, overturning the dragon, and part-breaking occasionally work to extinguish the hydrated condition.
The Arch-Tempered Namielle creates more puddles from its attacks and can trigger reactions from puddles placed further away. Its ultimate attack also deposits more puddles in a much wider radius, often covering an entire small area. Namielle can survive underwater and flail its wings like a manta ray since its lungs are bigger and their nostrils are smaller than those of these dragons.

The majority of creatures run away from them much like they do with most elder dragons. At the top of the food chain, it makes its presence known. Unknown, though, is what it eats. It can be inferred from its needle-like teeth structure that it feeds on fish and perhaps aquatic wyverns. It seems that only other Elder Dragons and the recently found Savage Deviljho, Molten Tigrex, Abyssal Lagiacrus, Alatreon, and Nakarkos, of which the monster is capable of equaling its strength, are willing to take it on.
They are called by the residents in Talokan as "Challenger Ghost", due to difficulty of attacking the aquatic race such as Talokanil that fought the Elder Dragon, found in cave paintings in Mexico. Talokan residents were used this species as a great pet if they have worthy, the animal itself demonstrates selflessness, sacrifice, and heroism to the trusted tamer. This Elder Dragon was introduced in No Way to Seaway as one of antagonists in this series as part of Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure and Assassin's Creed sequels set in 2010s to 2020.
The Namielle is a seemingly passive monster, and only fights when provoked. The Namielle has also a rival, the former close related to it was Chameleos for not only for food resources, but also disrupt the territory. The Namielle and the Vaal Hazak are bitter enemies in Coral Highlands, Rotten Vale, and Ancient Forest since prehistoric times to the contemporary era.
In Earth Responsibly universe, the Namielle doesn't attack humans and remains neutral, but been nuisance if disturbs it to causes rain to fall, amplifying its water controlling abilities.
Both the Coral Highlands and the Guiding Lands contain sightings of Namielle. It makes rain in the Coral Highlands, enhancing its capacity to regulate water and is rarely seen in The Underwater Ruin due to competing with Lagiacrus and Ceadeus.
In Earth Responsibly universe, the Elder Dragon itself was located in coastal areas in tropical to temperate regions worldwide, as well as special habitat, the Air-breathing Coral Reefs, found in Australia, Colombia, South Korea, Comoros, Papua New Guinea, Tonga, and Ecuador, akin to the habitat from Monster Hunter World.

This species was very tamed as semi domesticated that is unique for humans from the Talokanil.
It is likely the multidimensionally regulated organization known as the Time Variance Authority that allowed Namielle and other fauna from another world to enter the "Sacred Universe", as Harry Osborn and his friends at Oscorp discovered with the help of the Avengers Tower members. It is still unknown where these creatures from Monster Hunter's fauna came from. The godlike hominids known as the Isu, were born with superhuman skills, primarily without the use of physical magic, but with the capacity to predict the future. This is unless the unidentified character known as He Who Remains, a variation of Kang the Conqueror, sent these animals into the cosmos to challenge the Isu species.
He Who Remains introduced numerous species to this universe in the prehistoric era after winning the terrible Multiversal War brought on by his own variations. Because of the gravity and oxygen constraints, he reduced the size of Monster Hunter's animals. All Elder Dragon species' skills were significantly nerfed, and he received help from Arishem and Uatu to have Monster Hunter's animals change into their own versions of themselves.
They migrated to the Puerto Rico Trench, approximately 12,000 feet deep. Inspired by his mother's stories passed on from his Aztec father, Ch'ah Toh Almehen/Namor took the name of the Aztec underworld paradise Tlalocan and translated it from Nahuatl into their tongue of Yucatec Mayan and Saurfolkic as "Talokan," establishing this as the name of their new underwater nation. The people called themselves Talokanil and established Talokan on the seafloor where the raw vibranium deposits remained and used Namielle from Colombia to Puerto Rico to be used as mount.
