The Selenkhumsa (Therizinosaurus cheloniformis) is the extinct species of dinosaur found elsewhere in Mongolia and China. It is largest known therizinosaurid by this size.
It was one of the last and the largest representative of its unique group, the Therizinosauria.
In Greek words, θερίζω (therízo, meaning scythe, reap or cut) and σαῦρος (sauros, meaning lizard) in reference to the enormous manual unguals, and the specific name, cheloniformis, is taken from the Greek χελώνη (chelóni, meaning turtle) for "turtle-formed scythe lizard"
Selenkhumsa (Cyrillic: Сэлэнхумса; Bichig: ᠰᠡᠯᠡᠨᠻᠤᠮᠰᠠ) is the Anglicized word via Mongolian: сэлэм хумс / ᠰᠡᠯᠡᠮ ᠺᠾᠤᠮᠰ (selem khums), which means "sword claws," and it is unofficial common name for this species.
The appearance of Therizinosaurus had been a debate until recent decades because of the highly incomplete nature of early finds and a lack of knowledge of the dinosaurs that would come to be categorized later as therizinosauridae. Long neck, short snout, duck-billed like rostrum, Asian-eyed pattern, ear-holes, long hands with three fingers and long claws for slashing, ostrich-legged four toes, less slightly hump like a turtle, and long tail with covered by long fur for protection from cold desert.
Therizinosaurus uses this claws for defense, as an example of convergent evolution with chalicotheriines and other primarily herbivorous mammals, suggesting similar feeding habits.
The elongated hand claws of Therizinosaurus were more useful when pulling vegetation within reach rather than being used for active attack or defense because of their fragility, however, they may have had some role for intimidation.
Therizinosaurus is immune to several elements despite being lacking an element of itself. It immunes water, nature, earth, ice, metal, arcane, light and dark elements as make useless. Therizino can't heal well like the T-rex, Triceratops, wyverns, stegosaurus, teratorns, pelagornis, and even use a shotgun on its chest with fire element as main weakness.
Also, Therizinosaurus seems to have a fear of deep water - even if you are shooting it it won’t enter it. Obviously a crossbow or raft is required if you can’t shoot it from the other side of a lake or pond.
Its arms also were particularly resistant to stress, which suggests a robust use of these limbs. Therizinosaurus was a very tall animal, likely having a reduced competition over the foliage in its habitat and outmatching predators like Tarbosaurus.
The first sentences of the Dossier and its relatively non-threatening appearance may mislead new players to believe they’re harmless if they haven’t yet had a bad encounter with one. Unlike pure carnivores, Therizinosaurus / Selenkhumsa will typically wander around peacefully and rarely attack unprovoked, only becoming aggressive when they’re attacked, or a player/ tame comes almost within touching distance.
Therizinosaurus was brown to yellowish fur, brown scales and skin and bright brown eyes. This species is extremely territorial, and will viciously attack anything within its territory. However, when upset it transforms into one of the deadliest killers and Elder-Dragon level threat in the series. Stone and other walls (other than metal like gold) will not protect you!
Therizinosaurus was endemic to Mongolia, but migrated over China, Russia and possibly Bangladesh and others at the Cretaceous period.

The biggest difficulty in taming a Therizinosaurus is the sheer power for which survivors crave them. They're territorial and capable of dealing high damage in a few short blows, meaning certain death for any mount that isn't leveled enough. They also deal damage to humans on the mount and can effortlessly knock out the rider. Naturally the best strategy is to find a tall rock or small cliff to attack from, and it must be steep since this animal can cross a lot of difficult terrain or pillars.
