Sawintir

" A path of the happily ever-after. "

Sawintir or known as New Avalon, is a legendary realm featured in the Arthurian legend as Alfheim. Sawintir is one of the Nine Worlds and exists on the third-upper yard of Yggdrasil.

Sawintir is known as Everrealm, is the term given to the planet of existence and world in which Princess Sofia, Princess Elena, Dorothy Gale, Ozma, Mirania, Duke Taran, and Princess Eilonwy live. It appears that the Ever Realm is home to alternate versions of Disney characters, as characters such as Merlin and Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather are shown to be inhabitants of the realm.

This planet was introduced in Worldcraft, Weather Dragons, Rescris, Equation, and Legends from Fertile Crescent.

Etymology

The name Sawintir is a combination from Irish: Samhain and Tir, which means "November Country". Due to the entering of the first humans and other races, they settled on November 1 to coincide with the conclusion of the harvest and the start of winter.

Accessibility

Other worlds and planes of existence are also connected to the Sawintir via Hellmouth, Drift Portals, Bifrost, or by using the Astral Portal from Doctor Strange, including the Berbania, Reinachos, Agarathos, Sawintir, Asgard, Heaven, and Planet Earth—where some of the other people called forth by Sofia and the Amulet of Avalor came from.

Natural Satellites

Sawintir has one moon. We call it "Moon", just like our moon, because for a long time it was the only one we knew about.

Geography

The Sawintir is similar to planet Earth in that it has two supercontinents, 140 countries, most of which are kingdoms, and a few republics (although there appears to be some disagreement as some, like Princess Hildegard, claim there are only 138 countries). It is unknown if the kingdoms and republics mentioned, like Merroway Cove, Coronado, and Rabugia, were cut off from other kingdoms at the time these comments were made. In addition, the Sawintir—as they are mistaken for Earth's year 2100—will be significantly affected by the rise in sea levels caused by the melting of the polar ice caps (doesn't melt), which would affect a significant number of coastal communities and up to a million of their residents. Hence, it is safe to conclude that Sawintir and Earth will be habitable.

In the Sawintir, there are three main landmasses, one in each of the Eastern and Western Hemispheres, plus a continent that resembles Antarctica called Dowaliavia. Different continents were home to Enchancia, Avalor, Marmoreal, Land of Oz, Crims, and Rabugia. The setting and rogue island of Horitlos is similar to Ruined Pinnacle from the Monster Hunter series. The majority of airships can't get to this spot since it's so far up in the clouds. However, with the aid of the Soaratorium airship and their technologies, the Royal Bioscience Academy of Enchancia and Rabugia has started exploring this region's rich environment in quest of fresh discoveries. Residents of Avalor claim that the summit's top was penetrated to the stratosphere and that this animal could not reach there till this area was livable. Before the events of WDB and the formal finding of this guardian, Horitlos (Saurfolk for Sky Pierce Pillar) was the home of a long-gone civilization. The top was once higher than it is now, yet whenever that guardian appeared there, it would go to that location.

This area is thought to have once been home to a lost civilization, which is thought to be the second-earliest civilization after the Maru to have disappeared completely due to the presence of this creature. Ancient trees and other types of ruins have been discovered in this area thus far. The Horitlan tribe, who are descended from a Breton-Tibetan or Eurasian admixture, were so mesmerized by the guardian's great powers and abilities that they ended up worshiping the "Argent Comet," or Valstrax, a god of the stratosphere compared to Altaic folklore, and creating ruins in his honor. This island was discovered by the Kingdom of Wei-Ling before Enchancia, and it was previously known as Mountain Castle and was cursed.

The oceans have five and named as Nasimalarak, Futhenna, Belagorma, Dirabon, and Shinelake.

Flora and Fauna

Many of the creatures in the Sawintir are inspired by real animals, mythical wildlife from the past, or were introduced by Terran gods before humans arrived. The animal population seems to vary significantly between the two Sawintir landmasses. Most of them date back to prehistoric times and underwent convergent evolution to become different types of modern animals.

Animals that exhibit sapience may be able to converse with humans and members of other races. Bruce Banner and Shang-Chi discovered that Ta-Lo, also known as Daluo Tian in Chinese folklore was actually Sawintir, and other strange creatures were descended from extinct species that were wiped out by Terran humans and gods, specifically the Assassins Order and Templar Knights.

Numerous creatures from Dragon's Dogma, Marvel Universe, Monster Hunter, and other media continue to live and have been classified as invasive species by Enchancian Bioscience and Folklore Research or EBSAFR.

Economy

Oil, raw commodities, animal materials, and other economic priorities for Sawintir in each of these nations can be found in many of them.

Politics

In the past, all of the known nations in the Sawintir were kingdoms, but there are now fewer and fewer of them, and there are also fewer republics. No matter the child's gender or sex, these kingdoms are all controlled by a monarchy centered on the eldest child.

While acting as the planet's constitutional monarch, the Kings or Queens of Sawintir possess more authority than either the Terran or Reinachan monarch. Governmental decisions are made by the Sawintiran First Monarch, who is aided by the Prime Minister and Governor-General. Examples include Delintiria and Marmoreal, which, strictly speaking, both have a federation of monarchs with a single monarch serving as the federation's overall head of state while maintaining a variety of other monarchs or a non-monarchical form of governance.

Prior to the Agarthan revolt, the Sawintir had only one known political union: the Tri-Kingdom Area, which included Enchancia, Wei-Ling, and Khaldoun.

Religions

Due to the Gaelic traditions on 1 November before the Reformation of the Catholic Church, which are comparable to those on Planet Earth but more like Berbania, Sawintir is the only exoplanet with this religion. While certain other religions can be found in their kingdoms and republics, Christianity predominates on a global scale. By 1500 AD, Muslim traders arrived in the Khaldoun, bringing with them Islamic mythologies and its belief systems.

By 1510 AD, Saurfolk traders arrived in the Rabug and Delintiria, bringing with mythologies from Mongolic and its belief systems.
