This shark was similar to Otodus sharks, except for all brownish black in all body parts, except for light blue-colored eyes and a less pinkish lip. Some scholars believe that this animal was a scapegoating descendant of the other Otodus sharks, like Megalodon, but evolved from an unknown species of Otodus rather than Megalodon after surviving them from large baleen whales.

The legend has been passed down through generations of Mexican fishermen. Sightings often involve fishing boats or offshore oil rigs encountering an unusually large and dark shark.

A shark is very hideous in appearance and can release a dark aura on its body against predators. These powers are uncontrollable; they are capable of creating dark explosive blasts while charging, spinning, and biting. In addition, its attacks can leave a target with a dark powder that will explode over time. This shark was in near-death experience mode; it can summon the solar eclipse and enhance its powers. During the last phase, or near-death experience mode, veins on the head, gills, fins, chest, and tail base will also become visible while surrounding the blood.

This animal was created by Project Pashneia, a scientific initiative by the Terran branch of the First Civilization to create any animals, monsters, or humans in terms of their own. Generations of Mexican fishermen have perpetuated the narrative. Sightings typically occur when an abnormally huge and black shark is encountered by offshore oil rigs or fishing vessels.
