“ These two individuals always look like something, evolved from the dinosaurs. They are rivaled to non-reptilian like mammalian humans and elves. These are the oldest known race in the universe. ”

The Common Saurfolk or simply Saurfolk (Anthroposaurus compsodermus; Saurfolk: Qurrioanağ; Native Speech: Quiryonay; Saurfolk Whistle: Gòirienja) is the fictional species of humanoid dinosaur introduced in Weather Dragons, later in Worldcraft and No Way to Seaway. These are only fictional races in the Earth Responsibly universe and not based on their mythological or cryptid counterparts.

Common Saurfolks resemble humans or elves, but they have soft, durable skin, four fingers on their hands and feet, plantigrade hind legs, no tail from their progenitors with tails, teeth that resemble both humans and sheep, typically dark brown hair, less pointed ears, and hazel eyes. They are renowned for living long lives and having strong spiritual connections to both the natural and man-made worlds.
Much like us, Saurfolk lacks magic. Their intelligence test results are higher than humans or elves. Saurfolk whistling sounds resemble bird language for the conservation or against the predators, which is the manner of Silbo Gomero. Some populations can possess technology or magical properties alike for assistance or helping with others.
Much like humans, saurfolks lead the climate changes.
As apex predators, extreme generalists, and partially apex ecosystem moderators, three Saurfolk species outcompete humans and other hominids. They are omnivores, and their main dietary sources include plants, meat, fungi, and prepared foods. Their ecological ecosystem was made up of biological, spiritual, and cultural life. They were among the few fauna that had the biggest global impact on both beneficial and detrimental environmental change.
Due to their lengthy lifespans, three Saurfolk species were known for having strong cultural links to the natural world. They typically coexist peacefully with the natural world and strive to further their comprehension of it. Because of this, Saurfolks are typically peaceful and industrious people who work in spirituality, science, and research. A Saurfolk hunter or warrior, on the other hand, is extremely uncommon because they typically refrain from using violence in order to protect civilization and the environment.
Three Saurfolk species have biological weaknesses, such as the lack of venom, fragile skull and organs, slow sprint speed, moderate night vision, survival strategies, social cooperation, the ability to make tools and weapons, the ability to transmit knowledge, and even the ability to create fire and shelters. These weaknesses are all caused by or influenced by Homo species.
Breeding season: random
Sexual reproduction
Long gestation (~6.7 months)
Extremely altricial infants (helpless at birth)
Long childhood → social learning
Menopause unique among primates (grandmother hypothesis)
Both parents are guard their children, bring food, raise babies together, and some leave to find their own.
Their humor in nature is different and weird from humans. Their behavior was the same thing as humans and all races. Common Saurfolk can bird language (resembles Silbo Gomero) for marriage and kulning against the enemies being as ghastly tune. Common Saurfolks cannot interbreed to humans due to reptilian ancestry and illegal, as like a discrimination.
Like humans and elves, Common, Seashore, and Volcanic Saurfolk have highly cooperative social structures, create families, tribes, nations, and virtual communities, and are capable of both empathy and savagery. Saurfolks have their own communication system because to human convergent evolution, which includes art, music, ritual, narrative, and sophisticated spoken and written language (but just the Latin alphabet, since everyone uses it).
In Earth and Reinachos, also have baby with human descend or elf. Meranie Jorpassadal and Ronaldo Kealani have saurfolk-human children with Japanese (Haru), Hawaiian (Kaia), and Ilocano (Taraki) names throughout the No Way to Seaway series. She was preoccupied with the ohana as a component of Hawaiian culture and believed there should be no discrimination against Hawaii.
Many royal family or presidential descendants from saurfolks are kind and thoughtful, also gifted and interact with them, including humans to assist the alliance for safety from natural disasters or Elder Dragon-level threats. Younger ones are known to travel far and wide, often accompanying humans and other races.

Common Saurfolk was dominant in Sawintir, but also in smaller populations in Earth, Agarathos, Delphia and others. Reported to the United States from all states and nearby cities like Baja California to Toronto, due being as "scape ore swamp lizard man", a famous cryptid, which is related to theropods. Found elsewhere in all biomes.
Common Saurfolk is a most common species of Saurfolks in the world, only habitats known for them are forest, plains and in development structures like cities or towns.

It is improper and inappropriate to tame four Saurfolk species. Similar to humans, these are independent individuals rather than possessions. Human rights are violated by enslavement and "pet-keeping" due to the existence of secret human-like species. It is abusive or illegal to frame people of any race as pets.
The First Prehistoric Catastrophe, or End of Fomorian's Reign, was a cataclysmic event during human prehistory dated to around 254.14 Mil to 251.2 Mil BCE, or 3000 of the Fomorian Era between the Changhsingian of the Late Permian and the Induan of the Early Triassic, and with them the Paleozoic and Mesozoic eras, respectively. The global devastation caused by the flood basalt volcanic eruptions that created the Siberian Traps, which released sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide, resulting in euxinia, elevating global temperatures, acidifying the oceans, and rarely coronal mass ejection, saw the near-total extinction of both the Moke and Yoruna tribes of the Fomorian race, both of whom were involved in a military conflict at the time. Fomorians learned to swim underwater, survive hidden in caves, and use the caves as shelters for centuries, continuing until the rise of even the most ancient human, elf, dwarf, fairy, angel, and deity civilizations.
By that point, the Terran Deities had been in a decade-long war with a Homo heidelbergensis rebellion led by two demigods, Adam and Eve, who sought to free humanity from servitude to their "gods". Adam and Eve want to eradicate nearly all the Fomorians in the Red Sea.
