Incertae Sedis, Unclassified Creature, or ??? is a term used for a taxonomic group where its broader relationships of the animals are unknown or undefined. These are animals that have not been classified into a specific group yet and only fictional. Unclassified Creature type isn't a recognized canon class in the Earth Responsibly universe as a part of the Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure series, but it does exist.

Within the setting of the series, these creatures belong to a class that is still undefined. Unclassified Creatures are known to contain 50% bacteria, and 25% microorganisms and 25% non-bacterial creatures, the majority of those being invertebrates. This is due to the fact that the majority are fairly difficult to locate, and an Elder Dragon or other Unclassified Creature might prove much more rare than a diamond cluster.

The rise of the clandestine Hidden Ones, Order of the Ancients, and Hideous Fighters—whose development into the Assassin Brotherhood, Templar Order, and Hidden Ecologists during the Crusades paralleled that of the Templars—started a centuries-long shadow conflict against Assassins and conservationist hunters that is still going on today. Throughout history, the Templar Order, Assassin Order, and Huntington Hunter Order all have repeatedly infiltrated state governments to take positions in the epicenters of ideology and the highest levels of authority while playing a deep state role in the search for the Unclassified Creatures. 

This Templar Order has manifested into a propensity for orchestrating massive, sometimes global-scale political crises in order to achieve their long-term goals, along with the pursuit of the ancient relics left by the deities, saints, demons, fairies, angels, and merpeople of the planet Terra, which can give humans, orks, ogres, and elves control over other humans in order to find the mysterious organisms.
