Almandine Vancura is the fictional character and minor tritagonist introduced in Weather Dragons: Horvath and Sisi. She is the wife of Dino Horvath.

Physical Appearance

Almandine is of Austrian German descent due to her unusual green eyes unlike her children. Almandine has pale skin, black hair that has a bun hairstyle or ponytail and both weather marks on both hands that activate when glows.

Abilities

Due to the inheritance of Elizabeth of Hungary, she didn't die by natural disasters as did Agustín Madrigal and Julieta Madrigal, as well as Luisa Madrigal and Pepa Madrigal. She was casting and summoning a whirlwind that controlled by herself or small smoke that moves and sees her vision from evaporation ability. Almandine is the only survivor in the avalanche of Mount Everest due to the hardest persistence ability that no Germans have, probably marked by elves in the Philippines as a blessing.


Almandine creates any projectiles made of smoke or cloud that suffocates or in the form of longer poles made of clouds and thunder, due to being marked by Tadaklan, the god of thunder in Central Luzon mythology same as Thor in Norse mythology. Like her family, she summons weather during the battle either thunderstorm or firestorm depending on the situation and biomes.


Both Almandine and Dino are deadliest heroes in the present-day and contemporary era due to the manner of Boreas, Thor and other gods of weathers. No other people are born with weather powers and inherit from Elder Dragons and guardians. She is able to manipulate the weather to a certain extent and is able to make it rain when she is sad or angry or even used during battle.

Personality

Almandine is the true mother of Joszef and Dorottya, including children-in-law to Bartal and Heloise by their marriage by her children as understandable and trustworthy person, as well as introvert. Almandine and her husband Dino are lovely to each other after working or hiatus. Despite being former rival Belen Clarkson, she was summoned for Bartal's assignment as verified by Drift Portal to the Russian Revolution during Holocene extinction and execution of Romanov and Chameleos' eradication.
