Frostfeather Mireu / 얼음 깃털 미르
“ Another variety of mireu, related to Coral Mireu most closely and colder than the polar opposite, can be found in Siberia. As snowstorms commence, both male and female dragons call and dance in the blizzards and hailstorms, as they become quite popular depending on the conditions. ”

Frostfeather Mireu (Compsodermus cryophilus) is a mythical creature and titular deuteragonist appears in Pelota: Surgical Player for Courage.
Etymology
Mireu is native name in Korean: 미르 (mirŭ) for Korean dragons or all kinds of dragons. In Sino-Korean vocabulary word or loanword: 용/룡 (yong/ryong) in Hanja: 龍 means dragon.
Physical Appearance
With the exception of light blue feathers, long pale light blue feathers (the dark lines are only present in males; females lack them), light yellow horns with two prongs, gray scales and skin, long whiskers, dark claws, and blue eyes with iridescent patagiums underneath, Frostfeather Mireu is another drake that resembles Coral Mireu.
Abilities
It can glide down on unsuspecting victims while attacking with its claws and wings. A wind barrier can push a survivor or creature back, and Frostfeather Mireu can spit out an icy ball that will cause a strong tornado.
The hunter will suffer from the consequence of being frozen if they are caught in this tornado. In its anger phase, Frostfeather Mireu surrounds itself with a wind barrier thanks to its ability to control powerful winds. A survivor or monster may be knocked back by the wind barrier, leaving them more open to Frostfeather Mireu's attacks. Except for the head, the survivor or beast finds it challenging to assault its body due to the wind barrier.
Frostfeather Mireu has a membrane in between its limbs that enables it to glide for vast distances, similar to a flying squirrel. It recently learned how to attack enemies like its relatives with its icy, sharp feathers.
Skills
Under and Cling (아래 및 집착/arae mich jibchag): Mireu jumps to the wall, or cliffs make enemies hard to reach (except for marksmen or mages). If Mireu leaps and attacks you or your enemy, it causes sleep due to their coma sac on their upper fangs (much like a venomous snake).
Icy Parkour Flips (얼음 파쿠르/eol-eum pakureu): Mireu jumps on the air by professional, making a double jump to aid the gliding without any terrestrial platform.
Icy Smoke Out (얼음처럼 연기가 나다/eol-eumcheoreom yeongiga nada): Mireu breaths a mass of thicker fog, which makes it more difficult to make sense than normal fogs, until it lasts 30 seconds. If it enters the foggy area, it causes blindness.
Curse of the Ice Gliding Serpent (얼음 활공 뱀의 저주/eol-eum hwalgong baem-ui jeoju): Mireu becomes aggressive and insurmountable, breaths shockwaves, and deals blindness, paralysis, and stun. Randomly, either from mouth breaths or the tail, slaps will be missed.
Icy Breath (얼음 숨결/eol-eum sumgyeol): Mireu heals up to the water or hot springs and clears debuffs away. With every skill cast, the Frostfeather Mireu surrounds itself with a cold fog that lasts for five seconds. When an enemy remains in the region for more than 1.5 seconds, their movement speed is steadily decreased until they are frozen for 0.5 seconds, and their attack speed is reduced by 60%.

Ecology
Mireu was the only flightless drake in the world and the top predator in each of the two realms. However, due to clear air turbulence playing the main role in gliding and "flying" in the sky during monsoons and air patterns called currents, Mireu hunts small animals for large predators despite being special, but rarely eats half of migratory birds if they lack nutrition.
The Joseon dynasty, recorded by Japanese people and Spaniards, can abduct a bride's or aristocrat's daughter under the wedding because this dragon is hiding for caring for the nest or became imprisoned under Elder Dragon and the Princess and Dragon theme before the United Nations and the formation of North Korea made this dragon extinct because this animal hates democracy.
Behavior
The Frostfeather Mireu are typically rather solitary creatures who like to lurk in the Arctic's gloomier, more tangled areas. However, if they are enraged, they can turn hazardous and call on snowstorms to cause harm.
Distribution and Habitat
Sakhalin, Manchuria, Korea, Hokkaido, Beringia, and even Alaska are home to the majority of Frostfeather Mireu. This dragon also thrives in tundra, taiga, and arctic climates as preferred habitats, but has also thrived in tropical areas thanks to its unique thermoregulation ability.

Lore

In Joseon, both Heloise and Joszef are trapped to fear the worst; the world's indifference dismays Emperor Gojong, but Joseon's defiance gets attacked by a group of Mireu subspecies: pink, red, green, cyan, or yellow.
Affectionate with Border Wars - 2625 AD
The other illegal settlements were killed by a dragon; another slower race settlement also exterminated all, causing karma by Yicheo'tan. As reported in the Abirosan Royal News Report, Abirosan immediately responded after the incident happened due to habitat loss and illegal settlers.
