Giadrome and Giaprey
“ Giaprey packs are commanded by alpha monsters, the Giadrome. They are larger than the Giaprey they lead and have magnificent crests. The Hunter who is caught in their deadly-accurate ice-spitting is doomed. ”

The Giadrome and Giaprey (Cryornithosaurus dominum) are one of the fictional species of theropod bird wyvern from Monster Hunter Freedom and Monster Hunter Freedom 2.
Giadrome and its minions are named from glacier, which is the first word "Gia-" are from the Italian word ghiaccio, which means ice.
These saurischian resemble dromaeosaurid dinosaurs. Giadrome and Giaprey are actually fur-like pycnofibres instead of scales, which protect from cold like snowy mountains to tundra. Both bluish stripes and light sky blue feathers for cold temperatures instead of scales were accurate, duller and dark yellow beak-like rostrums dull brownish belly, and greyish scales. The crest of giaprey was a dull peach and greyish black claws, while the Giadrome had a large bright cyan crest, claw on middle finger and large hook-like talon. Its appearance is very similar to Velocipreys, and it was sometimes confused by a flock of Velociprey. Their eye color was hazel.
Giadrome and Giaprey are capable of spitting a frozen substance from a special sac and saliva altogether that can immobilize prey and foes alike.
Giadrome is a reasonable predator, and can use its Giaprey to outflank a prey item such as any animals namely: elephants, rhinos, deer, tigers, hedgehogs, minks, weasels, butterflies, and even livestock. From the fur-like pycnofibres of Giadrome and Giaprey being white and blue, they are able to blend into the snow.
This allows it to hunt better in the cold. Giadrome and Giaprey can spit a freezing cold liquid at prey, but Giadrome modifies and spits better freezing saliva causing freeze. However, they can also fall prey on larger animals like Drakolossia, Kushala Daora, saber-toothed cats, tigers, baboons, and even Gowrow.
The princess was never heard of as "A True Foe", behind the cold predatory pack of dinosaurs before being set. The Giadrome is quite territorial towards other monsters and other Giadrome and Giapreys. It travels alongside its pack and coordinates attacks using barks and calls.
The Giaprey was located in snowy mountains, tundra, glaciers, subpolar, and even an ancient city called tower or skyscraper in ancient times. Giaprey didn't have own leader to live in this ancient gigantic tower made of Kushala Daora materials and considered an invasive species.
Both of them live in mountains to glaciers, including tundra and taiga in Monster Hunter universe.
In Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas, the Giaprey and Giadrome inhabit tundra and frigid woodlands. Additionally, they are primarily found in ice-capped mountainous areas and polar locations. These creatures were listed by Tony Stark and Norman Osborn from the Monster Hunter series. Boggi, Maccau, Izuchi, Genprey, Ioprey, Jaggi/Jaggia, Wroggi, and Baggi were "made" by Arishem for the Earth.

Giaprey can be tamed using fish, left by hunter for became ridable and some case, they grown up into Giadrome and calls non-tamed Giaprey as allies for their battle purpose. Giaprey, however, can pet from the single egg and hatching in hatchery or incubator made by wyverians and humans respectively.
Giadrome and Giaprey are actually fur-like pycnofibres instead of scales, which protect from cold like snowy mountains to tundra. Both bluish stripes and light sky blue feathers for cold temperatures instead of scales were accurate. I set them as cold predators behind the history of the Monster Hunter universe and our world. Like Gendrome, this monster was found in Tibet to Mongolia, even Lapland was very rare during the Silk Road.
Giadrome and Giaprey are capable of spitting a frozen substance from a special sac and saliva altogether that can immobilize prey and foes alike.

The only bird wyvern was now historically accurate and revamp from movie or video games.
It was first localized as White Velociprey, despite having its own name, and was put into Monster Hunter G and Monster Hunter Freedom for the sole purpose of being a rare, albino version of the Velociprey species, but were later renamed to the name Giaprey, assigned an Alpha monster known as the Giadrome, and given the ice element.
When fighting the Giadrome, the Giaprey are always with it.
Giaprey have a total of 14 fingers, with seven fingers on each hand, in Earth Responsibly, it has now five fingers on each hands for accurate. This is the same for the Velociprey.
White Velociprey is the first subspecies of a small monster before revamped. The only other being Pyrantula.
Unusually, the Giadrome model was changed between MHF2 and MHFU; in Freedom 2 it has red claws, whereas in Freedom Unite the claws are blue.
Like all of the '-prey' family, this sub-species also fights in a pack.
Giadrome's crest is breakable.
Giadrome now has a pin attack.
Giadrome will now limp when weakened, can be carved 3 times, and enter rage mode.
Giadrome can now inflict the Frozen inflict through its bite and can frostbite throught kicking with its sickle claw.
It can now call on Giaprey during battle, whereas in previous games it could not.
It can become infected by the Black Frenzy Virus or became Afflicted that possessed by Qurio.
