Lao-Shan Lung

Lao-Shan Lung's name in all languages is derived from the Chinese word for "Old Mountain Dragon" (老山龙/老山龍, Lǎo Shān Lóng).

A large Elder Dragon species with a body length of nearly 45 - 75 meters. The head is small for a large body, and the long neck and tail occupy about half of the whole body. It is a crocodilian-legged quadruped drake, with a well-developed red shell and a single horn on its head. Its mouth has small teeth with several larger teeth on the outside.

Lao Shan Lung lacks any sort of elemental or special abilities. In near-death experience mode, Lao Shan Lung generates chaos energy from the mouth and energy stored in its body. Despite never utilizing it for combat, it has some Chaos Element energy stored in its body, hence it often being Chaos-elemental.

Like many other Elder Dragons, Lao-Shan Lung has been around since ancient times and has been documented throughout history. Unlike other Elder Dragons, Lao-Shan Lung lacks wings and breath-based attacks, which is considered to be unusual for an Elder Dragon, but its sheer size makes up for that. The Lao-Shan Lung is extremely docile even when facing multiple foes. It appears to care little about survivors or creatures like Iopreys, it was fought it with the Rathalos, a real male saurischian wyvern that breaths fire, as it mainly ignores them while on its way to the town Fortress. That said, it will put in a great deal of effort to break the fort rather than simply run away.
