The J'ba Fofi (Scoteinoplema congolensis), also known as Congolese Giant Spiders, are gigantic spider cryptids that are reported to live in Congolese jungles and may constitute a new species of Arachnida. It was the spiders' commander and first appeared in Worldcraft, and also exist in some episodes in in The Last Stormtroopers, Historya Davvun, Seven Code Talkers, No Way to Seaway, Weather Dragons, Project Daejeon, Two Lights, Equation, and Rescris as part of Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure, Monster Hunter series, and Assassin's Creed series sequels.
The Baka people's word for "giant spider" is "J'ba Fofi," and people there are afraid of it. "Obscure Feet of Congo" is the scientific name for Scoteinoplema congolensis in Latin and Greek.
The enormous, repulsive J'ba Fofi tarantula is pale yellow-white in color and resembles a peanut; as it reaches adulthood, it turns brown like a cassava. The hatchlings, according to the natives, are bright yellow with a purple belly before becoming peanut-skinned, cassava-like characteristics. As they develop into cassava, their coloring darkens and turns brown.
The main color of J'ba Fofi is now grayish brown in both thorax and abdomen, but orange in their abdomen, brownish orange in their pincers, red and dark purple stripes on their legs, and many hairs on their legs for protection against cold temperature. This species' physical characteristics and description are only partially correct. Inspired by Spinarak from Pokemon, it may "edit" and alter their mood and personality by adding an emotional pattern to their belly that is similar to that of most cephalopods, and only for adults and adolescents but lacks found in hatchlings to juveniles. This pattern connects to their mouth, eyes, and nerves. By expanding combinations of chromatophores of different colors, the animal can create dynamic patterns of stripes and spots. Neuronal control permits chromatophore expansion of J'ba Fofi, unlike all tarantulas and spiders, to occur in ∼300 milliseconds, much like squids.
As is customary, British missionary Arthur John Simes and his crew encountered one of the monsters before the PAPRIN and TROQA sagas. His troops became entangled in a massive web, and two monstrous spiders, known as J'ba Fofi, which were two and four feet long, respectively, emerged from their web and attacked them. After shooting one of them with his pistol, Simes was bitten but was able to get away.
Deathly pallor, intense chills, swelling around the bite site, and delirium followed by coma were among the symptoms he experienced shortly after. In the end, he passed away due to these consequences. For escape, travel, or ambush, J'ba Fofi can swing between their silk or vines. Instead of having their own breath, J'ba Fofi used their silk in their abdomen as a weapon to entangle and web them; they also used their legs and fangs as weapons.
In order to aid their families and other spiders, including their own, in attacking any opponent, no matter how big or small, J'ba Fofi releases their scent. They also use their fangs to induce sleep and poisoning. But their venom is not lethal to humans.
The J'ba Fofi was the only spider with a unique function outside of biology due to the way it grew to its size. The oxygen content of the Earth's atmosphere was predicted to be around 35% during the Carboniferous epoch, which is far greater than the 21% that the J'ba Fofi is accustomed to breathing. This would be harmful to our health. Due to their capacity to breathe more effectively in such an oxygen-rich atmosphere, gigantic insects and other arthropods are thought to have evolved as a result of the higher oxygen content, a phenomenon known as "gigantism."
In the Congo Rainforest, J'ba Fofi are ambush predators that hunt small animals, birds, and small forest antelope like dik-diks or saolas. They are considered to be very dangerous, even though they aren't particularly poisonous. Another J'ba Fofi makes a quick appearance out of the shadows on the far right side of the screen in 2013, after making a reappearance on social media. Niger Firespitter, Dingonek, Mamba Mutu, and other Elder Dragons are the primary predators of these spiders, which hide themselves.
The J'ba Fofi are a fiercely protective species that forbids anyone, including animals, from entering their house.
The J'ba Fofi spider was found in deep forests in West Africa that extended all the way to the Congo River. Its primary function was to ambush prey strategically.

It's always vital to remember that tarantulas are exotic, undomesticated animals, even if they can make wonderful pets. Other than using dead bugs to feed themselves more, they may feel the urge to defend themselves.
J'ba Fofi is one of the animals that was altered and used as a beast of burden by the First Civilization or the Isu in the Pleistocene. Despite being born naturally, the Isu have proclaimed all remaining purebred animal species to be genetically modified. Members of the Assassin Order, Templar Knights, and Monster Hunter members researched the origins of all animals and discovered that, because they are pure natural breeds, from animals and monsters are actually genetically engineered creatures.
The wars between the small kingdoms created a steady supply of captives that fed the Portuguese demand for slaves and the small kingdoms' need for government income to finance the wars from Hidden Saviors, Assassin Order, and Templar Knight. In the 1700s, a baptized teenage Kongo woman named Dona Beatriz Kimpa Vita claimed to be possessed by Saint Anthony of Padua and that she had been visiting heaven to speak with the "God." However, "God," or the Isu race, sent the giant spiders to protect Dona Beatriz Kimpa Vita and her friends from attack and also targeted both Assassins and Templars in the Kingdom of Loango.
