Brachydios
“ This animal is coated with an explosive green substance. The material is thought to be a unique myxomycete—or slime mold—that is primed to explode by its own saliva. This marine-blue animal uses its saliva to prime the sticky slime coating its massive arms, rendering it highly explosive. ”

The Brachydios (Limusopugnus caeruleocutis) is the fictional species of theropod wyvern introduced in Monster Hunter Tri Ultimate as the flagship monster in the last series of Third Generation.
The Brachydios is the combination in Latin words for "arm", bracchium, with obsidian of which its carapace is made of. Coincidentally, the name also has brachios (βραχιός) (Greek for "arm") and dios (Spanish for "god") in it. Therefore if you combine the two words, the name would literally mean "arm god".
It was dubbed God's Arms by Italic people, and modern Italian people first saw it several times. Coincidentally, the native name of Brachydios in Nigeria and Wakanda is Inqindiganaki, which means "reckless fist," which is why M'Baku and his companions spotted the Brachydios in Sub-Saharan African attacks on cities and villages, including Wakanda, employing explosive slimes on its arms.
The Brachydios is a cool non-avian theropod that you can spot right away thanks to its glowing green slime-covered horn and "fists." Plus, it has this shiny, armored hide that's all about those plates and ridges made of hardened keratin, giving it an obsidian-like look. The Brachydios's main defense mechanism is its pair of long, highly developed forelimbs, which set it apart from other Brute Wyverns. Contrary to appearances, the Brachydios does have claws on its forearms, although they are hidden underneath and don't seem to be used in combat.
The Brachydios belongs to the reptilian subclassification known as the theropod. In contrast to the almost useless forearms of the majority of other Brute Wyverns, it has greatly developed forearms, making it unique in this class. To transform into the enormous Raging Brachydios, some Brachydios individuals journey into unique habitats.
The forelimbs and horn of Brachydios are covered in a mysterious, green slime called Blastmold (Qhumaphila inframanus). By slamming the ground or prey with its fists or horn, Brachydios can deposit a puddle of its slime mold, which, once detached from the monster's body, quickly undergoes a powerful chemical reaction and violently explodes. This slime will gradually run out, in which the Brachydios can "prime" this mucus with its saliva to replenish it.
The substance itself is also sticky; if a hunter is struck directly by one of the monster's fist or horn attacks, it will adhere to the hunter's body and eventually explode. Hunters can remove the substance by rolling or using a deodorant. Notably, the Brachydios is also capable of leaping far distances by using its powerful hind legs and is much more agile than other Brute Wyverns.
Wildfire
One of the most distinctive and distinctive characteristics of Brachydios is undoubtedly the symbiotic slime mold called Blastmold. The mold produces explosive bursts upon hit, which the theropod's armored shell is strengthened to withstand. Because the skin of a Brachydios resembles that of a thermos flask, it can tolerate extremely high or low temperatures. Only in the body of Brachydios can this mold thrive without becoming explosive. Brachydios continuously scrapes large quantities of this mold off its body during attacks, which depletes it. But apparently, the beast's saliva serves as a potent stimulant, causing the mold to regrow practically immediately.
Brachydios is an apex predator who has proven to be capable of defeating other enormous predatory monsters such as Agnaktor. Brachydios competes against Agnaktor, Rathalos, Brute Tigrex, Teostra, Seregios, Glavenus, and Deviljho. With the unique slime mold at its disposal, as well as its great anger toward encroaching monsters and hunters, it would be a formidable opponent for most other predators. Brachydios will occasionally eat ore. Elder Dragons such as Alatreon, Crimson Fatalis, and Dire Miralis, as well as the Flying Wyverns Akantor and Ukanlos, pose a significant threat to Brachydios.
Even parts of this Brute Wyvern's body that contain a very thin, otherwise undetectable layer of the Blastmold flare up bright yellow when it is angry, suggesting that the mold has a chemical reaction. When the mold is at this form, it becomes much more volatile and bursts when it comes into contact with almost anything. It is still unknown how this slime mold gathers on young Brachydios, but it is generally accepted that its explosions send out a large number of spores that travel great distances.
The Brachydios mold can spread across long distances because of these blasts and the extremely diverse spectrum of habitats it inhabits. Some researchers even think that the mold might be able to grow under other conditions, but that the catalyst that makes it volatile is the Brachydios shell. This theory has not yet been validated. Brachydios in the Val Harbor and Wakanda area have mastered the use of their horns to create a huge pool of slime that can kill prey and any other creature that isn't protected from it.
The Brachydios are ferocious creatures that will attack whatever they see as a danger. Being very protective of their area, they frequently evict other monsters to clear space for themselves.
They will also show no mercy to minor creatures such as Uroktor, who may be found in the Brute Wyvern's territory. Young Brachydios will reside near their parents and their territory, but the adults will display no parental care at all. The young will collect slime mold left behind by adults. However, because their hides are undeveloped, the slime mold explosions may cause serious injury or even death. Each Brachydios has a unique slime mold, and larger Brachydios have been known to go on rampages as a result of this mold constantly growing.
The known habitats of the Brachydios are the Volcano (3rd), Deserted Island, Tundra, Volcanic Hollow, Volcano, Frozen Seaway, Polar Sea, Snowy Mountains, and the Everwood in the Old World. Brachydios in the New World are known to live in the Elder's Recess.
According to the United Nations and Agents of Shield, Brachydios was found in the Arabian Peninsula, the Indian subcontinent, mainland Southeast Asia, and East Asia.

T'challa and his comrades are instantly killed by Brachydios, but Shuri has been scarred by this beast since she was a young kid because of the Brachydios' attacks on northeastern Wakanda. She had a severe fear of this species because it was stronger than both Flint Marko and Tony Stark combined.
Prior to the events, Brachydios had never bothered any opponents until he loathed these onlookers and used slime molds on his fist, generating medium-sized explosions and incurring a cost. She intends to defeat not only normal Brachydios but also the true suspect, the Raging Brachydios that killed her brother, thus she's transformed into Black Panther with her melanistic Mngwa and normal Brachydios with Wakandan army.
