Mothman is a mythical creature and a cryptid reported in West Virginia, in the United States of America. Unidentified angel-like extraterrestrial, for that sake. The main antagonist introduced in Worldcraft: Fairytale's Ending.
Some people are believed to have influenced the coinage of the name “Mothman” in the local newspapers between “moth” and "man.”.
Because both of the same avian hominid species underwent convergent development, the massive, 10-foot-tall alien species known as Mothman was mistaken for angels and fairies. It had digitgrade legs, deformed claws, moth wings, a long butterfly antenna with red bioluminescent markings, six packed abs, a slender build, red eyes, blue blood (similar to that of a horseshoe crab), and no teeth of its own, resembling the sharp esophagus of a leatherback turtle, which was sharper than a sword.
Mothman is the deadliest Elder Dragon-level threat; it manipulates wind and darkness altogether. Using their claws as a weapon and using dark magic from the bioenergy other organisms can possess, Moths can be disguised as other animals, including humans, because of their ability to shift shapes.

Like other prehistoric species, the mothman destroys everything in its path and lacks an ecological niche, opting instead for a more extreme ecological equilibrium. use their wings as a robe and mantle. As a terrible omen, the mothman glares his fiery eyes at every species in every world.
The next thirteen months would see sightings of this creature in Point Pleasant, with over 100 sightings reported throughout this time (however, these are unidentified accounts, and the actual number of reported sightings may be quite fewer). Some individuals think that the Mothman seeks to alert people about impending tragedies.
Using its wings to regulate the wind flow to the Silver Bridge, the Mothman created several free-roaming tornadoes and wind tunnels under multiple targets simultaneously, resulting in an expanded ability to cause storms and winds and killing 46 people.
Mothman is a strategist and aggressive towards everything.
Mothman was located in West Virginia as an invasive species. The origin of Mothman's homeworld was unknown because it was an unknown species in Ginnungagap.

Mothman cannot be tamed!
In 1750, Chief Hokoleskwa, also known as Chief Cornstalk, a Shawnee chief in West Virginia, discovered a family of black winged humanoids hidden in one of the caves in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, and became lifelong friends with them. Both Chief Cornstalk and the black winged humanoid linked each other until the end before white settlers arrived.
Chief Cornstalk and his troops went to Fort Randolph in Virginia (now West Virginia) in 1777 as an ambassador to find out what the Americans were planning. The commander of the fort imprisoned him along with three others. When an American militiaman was killed by Natives near the fort, the enraged European troops executed Cornstalk and the other prisoners. His murder infuriated Shawnees and took away an important voice of moderation, the winged humanoid enraged after witness the body of their chief. Most populations of these aliens annihilated by the white settlers except for few for remove the impending doom.
Local traditions circulated about his dying "curse" being the source of disaster in the area. Cornstalk exacted his retribution from 1770 to the 1960s by sending the mysterious Mothman to torment Point Pleasant. This is the Mothman family's last hideaway in the McClintic Wildlife Management Area, which Chief Hokoleskwa and his troops discovered.
On November 15, 1966, two young couples from Point Pleasant—Roger and Linda Scarberry and Steve and Mary Mallette—told police they had seen a gigantic black creature whose eyes "glowed red" standing on the side of the road at "the TNT area," the site of a former World War II munitions factory. Linda Scarberry described it as a slender, muscular man standing seven feet tall with white wings. She was unable to recognize its face due to the hypnotic influence of its eyes. Distressed, the witnesses drove away, stating that the thing swooped after their car, creating a screech sound. It pursued them as far as the Point Pleasant city boundaries.
As John approaches the Silver Bridge, failing traffic lights produce traffic congestion on the bridge. When John Stone hears the bolts and supports of the overloaded bridge straining, he realizes that the prophesied calamity on the Ohio River was about the bridge, not the power plant. The black-winged humanoid comes and unleashes their wrath, using black wind to attack the powerful bridge.
The bridge crumbles, and Connie Stone's jeep slides into the water. John Stone goes in after her and pulls her out of the water. As the two sit in the back of an ambulance, they learn that 36 people have been slaughtered, including Templars and Assassins. While the villain Killer Moth did not appear in the show, some believe that his and Batman's comic book influence led to the usage of the moniker "Mothman" in local newspapers. John Stone was murdered by the Mothman, and it realize that he's descendant of Chief Cornstalk, the Mothman individuals flee from their fear.
The Hidden Saviors members in 1970s cannot put the classification of Mothman, due to being too powerful and it is not an extinct species. Templars and Assassins also cannot be put it on their creature classification or Incertae Sedis. The Mothman was attributed largely to poor or inadequate descriptions but it was accepted that some of the vagueness in the analysis due to unusual appearance, abilities, ecology, behavior, and habitat.
Rothbart Ilicha was a hybrid of Mothman via his own injection from Mothman's DNA in the past; Odile didn't accept her father as Mothman and Swan Maiden due to connections for Fairytale and Contemporary Era; and her former rival Odette Regina married Isabella Morrison.
