Like most lizards, Tom has sea green scales and skin. He also has black wall eyes that tend to drift apart (small beady black eyes in a human's perspective).

Tom was the biological sage of Aaron Burr, the man who killed Alexander Hamilton. During the hunt after he was arrested by Hidden Saviors, however, Burr was shot by a quill from a Viper Tobi-Kadachi in New York state and he was killed before his friends pursue it.

As a punishment, he died and his soul is place on a Mexican alligator lizard's egg. His body didn't accept that he was a little creature until he was cursed by an Apple of Eden and a Sundrop Flower enchantment, which made him eternal and caused his age to never end.

Because of Saint Philomena of Rome, a princess who survived using faked death by Sundrop Flower and Moonstone Opal fused gem, knew that the alligator lizard and Burr's soul were fused into one using her magical powers, making Tom is actually the oldest known non-human animal in the 18th century. She was so astonished and humiliated that Tom fled from the curse and a immortal woman.

Tom reforms since he must survive in the wilderness and enters Oregon as the last known resident after Philomena's warnings make him courageous and inquisitive but he avoids drama as he saw Alexander was shot to death. He was different from his own species since he was born in a reptile. Tom Lizard grows weary of people, but he also realizes that he wants to try new things that he encounters and lives in two centuries.

Rikkin was orchestrated by Tom to injures both Daniel Cross and Dante Gramatica with his silenced pistol. Tom pissed at Alan Rikkin as he is responsible and orchestrates the eradication of famous celebrities and individuals in 1980s to 1997 such as Diana Spencer. As a result, Rikkin accidentally destroy the secret button the monitor room after Tom Lizard uses the Sundrop Flower magic for superhuman agility, exposed the secrets of the deaths of famous celebrities and animals who framed Rikkin as most dangerous man in the world before Tom Lizard leaves and Tezcatlipoca arrives for the judgement.

All of the Beaverton Animal Council rulers dismantled the butterfly after Tom Lizard discovered that King Titus was a reincarnation of Aita, an Isu male who is Juno/Hera's husband and who despises all living creatures that he considers to be "pests" or "demons". The Amphibian King defeated and devoured the butterfly to stop the operation, and all animals must use the biggest beaver dam to protect mankind from wildfire.
