The Gowrow (Foverosaurus arkansanesis; formerly as Verdisquamata cruribrevis) is the one of the mythical creature and guardian introduced in Worldcraft.
The Indigenous Americans of unknown provenance in Arkansas are most likely the ones who left the word itself.
Gowrow is a massive, snarling dinosaur that resembles the Crystal Palace dinosaur. It is covered in massive olive green spikes and robust shells that are arranged and worn from the neck to the fatty-tip tail, as well as the shoulders, elbows, knees, and chin. It even has ears. It has brown stockings and glove markings, enormous, sharp claws on its legs, and a similar structure on its tail that was sharper than a blade.
Apart from its terrifying spikes, Gowrow's unique trait is the pair of terrible tusks on its head, which sets it apart from Titanios and Makara. Both of these tusks are almost as long as the head itself. Gowrow's underside has spike dew on it close to the chin and is a much yellower green mango color than the rest of its body. Gowrow's eye color is a sexual dimorphism; ladies have shorter lower fangs, and men have longer two fangs. Because of sexual dimorphism, females have shorter tusks than males, while males are larger and have more spikes on the back to tail. They are both from the United States of America, and Gowrow's closest relative is Hodag.
Their average size and mass of the Gowrow is 6 meters tall (according to their residents in Arkansas) to allegedly 21 meters tall (the literally kaiju in their USA state); 17 meters long in length; and 360 kilograms. Gowrow is reclassified as a Flying Wyvern due to its evolutionary line; Gowrow is no longer capable of flight, and only has small nubs left of their original wings.
Gowrow's latent talents prevent them from using magic until they become angry, but their unique organ sacs contain drowsy miasma. This animal gives off a half-moon glow that makes their whole body howl. Because of their immense power, Gowrow can have a very detrimental impact on the habitat in which they live. Because the boreal forest is their primary home and their territory, predators and prey run away from this big dinosaur.
The only predators that would dare challenge them against Gowrow are the larger ones. They will devour you whole with their arsenal of comatose roars, many body spines, massive tusks, and tremendous physical strength. Gowrow's loud roars have the ability to produce a kind of "sonic beam" contaminated with sleeping breath that is strong enough to shoot down any passing aircraft without leaving any trace.
Slam On – Gowrow charges up with their tusk pokes off to the air and throw away.
Soil Brat – Gowrow digs and surprised attacks with corrosive acid of sleeping pill-like substances deals sleepiness.
Contact Tracing – Gowrow roars a sonic roar with comatose hits more damage than sense.
Lumberjack's Bane – Gowrow sleeping in the cold regions deals increases all attributes while sleeping and healing. During in enraged, added sleep effect make more sense of sleeping than a roar.
Much like humans, Gowrow leads to climate changes.
Numerous skeletons and skulls of various sizes and shapes, many clearly belonging to unfortunate humans, while others appeared to have belonged to horses, sheep, hogs, dogs, and other wild animals that had once provided the gowrow with a delicate meal, smiled at us as the flickering light of the pine knots illuminated the once-dark cave and cast our warped shadows against the shaggy rock.
Gowrow are nomadic in nature, meaning they can be found just about anywhere though Gowrow have primarily been found in areas within boreal forest to subtropical forests, including in actice volcanoes like Mount St Helens, despite being live in single habitat. Some temperate areas they've been seen include in New York, Massachusetts, Ottawa, Ohio, and Rhode Island for hunting everything on their path including humans. The Gowrow have also been sighted in the Mediterranean forest, dry desert, and tropical forests in North America like Mexico, Canada, Cuba, Honduras, and both Dominica Republic and Haiti.
Gowrow are the only active at dawn and dusk, but it sleeps in day and night, natural predators to all living things from mammoths, mastodons, horses, ground sloths, jaguars, cougars, prairie dogs, to wolves, showing how easily they conquer over other species. Gowrow is considered the Living Legend by the people in Arkansas, but one Elder Dragon in Maryland who even feared that Gowrow would fight Snallygaster if both were to encounter each other, causing massive collateral to the surrounding environment in Eastern USA.
During the Early Jurassic Period, this species was the top predator in North America. It preyed on dinosaurs, mammals, pterosaurs, ichthyosaurs, and plesiosaurs and potentially scavenged carcasses. Gowrow coexisted with crocodilians, pterosaurs, and early mammals and assisted in controlling dinosaur populations.
Like other dinosaurs, Gowrow reproduced by laying clutches of eggs in nests. Although the parental care is unknown, hatchlings were probably able to scavenge for small prey soon after birth, and certain theropods guarded nests, making them vulnerable and rapidly growing.
It was reproduced by egg-laying.
This animal was laid clutches of eggs in nests, similar to other theropods.
Parental care is unknown, but probably guard the den, bring food, raise hatchlings together, and some hatchlings leave to find their own.
Hatchlings would have been vulnerable and slow-growing.
It has been proven that Gowrow, which are extremely vicious and predatory dinosaurs, can easily defeat any huge animal or monster with a single hit. They have the potential to destroy a large number of creatures, hunters, or survivors who dare to challenge them. They are easily another alpha predator in any ecosystem unfortunate enough to dwell in a temperate deciduous forest or taiga.

The events leading up to Smithee's account were described by Fred W. Allsopp, the Gazette's editor at the time. Smithee was informed of a "horrible monster" called the gowrow by William Miller, a businessman from Little Rock who had been traveling in the northwest Arkansas Ozarks. The noise it made when it preyed at night gave rise to its name.
The creature had been slaughtering livestock and pets near Blanco (Searcy County) in Calf Creek Township. Miller formed a posse that tracked the gowrow to its lair, a cave littered with animal skeletons and even some human remains. As they waited to ambush the monster, they heard it emerge from a nearby lake, causing the earth to tremble as it made its way toward them. The gowrow perished after several volleys from the posse. Before its death, it ripped up several trees and tore off the leg of one of the posse members.
Despite the fact that all non-avian dinosaurs would go extinct after the Mesozoic era, Desmond Miles, Shay Cormac, and their Templar teams observed how Gowrow was initially brought back to life. The two Isu, Phanes and Angelos, were close friends and had a common goal: to save dinosaurs from extinction. Phanes and Angelos created a laboratory to resuscitate the DNA of cryptid dinosaurs in order to pursue this aim using their respective riches.
North America was not a single landmass in prehistoric times, but rather a collection of three continents. In the modern era, this dinosaur was at last able to survive on a single continent.
