Phastos

Phastos is the predictor in the community of genetically engineered Eternals. Created by the Celestials in the World Forge, He Who Remains was sent to Earth in 90,000 BCE to progress the planet's societal development, the evolution of the Isu, and protect it from the Deviants. Under the moniker of Frankie Tomas, he left his own kind, settled and started a family with his husband Ben, and together raised a son, Jack.

Phastos is a black-skinned Eternal, an artificial being created by the Celestials.

Early Life

The First Host of the alien Celestials formed Phastos, one of the 100 Eternals, on Earth during the Pliocene, some million years ago, and he has been taking care of humanity ever since. Phastos's history has not been extensively disclosed. He has developed several weapons and innovations for the Eternals of Earth as a brilliant technologist. The Eternal Kingo Sunen's sword was created by Phastos.

Abilities

Because of his synthetic nature, Phastos is immortal and possesses superhuman strength, speed, and durability. He has the ability to project "Cosmic Energy" from his hands and eyes as beams. His manipulation of cosmic energy enables teleportation, matter conversion, illusion creation, and flying.

Phastos is a gifted engineer, technologist, and inventor who possesses a unique hammer that can shoot bolts of an unidentified energy. In addition, he taught Sygmar, the Eternal scientist, and invented the Pieces of Eden, which were modeled after the rudimentary yet sophisticated tools of the Permian Fomorians and the Triassic Saurfolk.

Personality

Phastos is gay and was brought to Earth in the Pliocene to aid the Isu race, advance the planet's social development, and defend it from the Deviants. Throughout human history, he led and advanced numerous technical revolutions, but when he realized that his activities had contributed to the development of the atomic bomb, he became depressed. In the year 2000, Phastos and his spouse Ben established a family and reared a boy named Jack.
