Inspiration: 

Dion Cilay is a fictional character introduced in Worldcraft: Flora and the Plants as a minor protagonist for his best friends, Florence and Francoise, both of whom are nature and fire elemental heroes in Berbania.

Etymology

His surname Cilay means "outstanding" due to the fact that his ancestors were all outstanding. The word comes from the Huwepho language: Çilāi for "outstanding," a variant of the possessive word, which means "who wants outstanding.".

Physical Appearance

Dion is a fictional character of Punjabi and Russian ancestry due to his Russian's legacy; along with his ancestry are Ilocano, Spaniard, Galician, Basque, Tamil, Kapampangan, French, and possibly Scottish descendants. His skin color was brownish white, with brown eyes and black straight short hair.


His current fighter wardrobe is designed for his clothes, matching modern clothes with Indian patterns from blue to Indian blue, vermilion to yellow. Dion wears navy blue pants, a silver blue v-neck shirt, a white polo shirt, gray stockings, blue gloves with quartzite crystals as the main active for his powers, and bluish gray leather boots. Dion wears any earrings, likely from amber, because he hates fossilized remains inside the amber.

Abilities

Dion was born without any magical powers except after the Flora and the Plants event. Before the Snow Maiden event, he was spotted by Baba Yaga as a warning for his own life until he unexpectedly The bioenergy inhales him, and he is now cursed forever to make his magic uncontrollable until he is trained by Baba Yaga and her friend, Ashleigh, a Russian national.


Because of his Russian ancestry, he keeps his two worlds for the biggest foe from the past a long time ago. He shuts off his magic without showing personalization due to his secret identity for good before except, if threatened by Elder Dragons or something like, he shows his own magical powers with bioenergy, causing his turn into superhuman strength, and arcane energy punches up to 25 miles away faster than a sniper rifle bullet.

Dion Cilay's trademark weapon was his gauntlet, which looks like gloves but was actually forged by an old Corachu blacksmith on the planet Hirawhassa, also known as Berbania, in South Kihangor. Calling it "energy punch," or Kjońkod in Huwepho, it was translated to Sinhala as saktiya for energy. Before the Terran space colonization, it was buried in the area of the region of New Chennai in the Luzhora Republic, which is now known for its hidden legendary weapon.

Dion is a kind and extroverted person, like his ex-girlfriend Ashleigh before he switched to Darcy, Flora's younger sister. He also dared greatly to his new enemy of Berry's allies until he witnessed the police chase the criminal to death by gunshots. He was an articulate and opportunistic guy.

Background

A group of people who used to live together and form their own group, known as God's Fist, included Punjabis, Sindhis, Malayalams, Gujaratis, Mizos, Russians, Bulgarians, Ukrainians, Macedonians, Croats, Serbs, and Polish. This group hates non-Indo-Aryans and non-Slavic peoples and has been known to execute people without provocation.


Their organizations nearly wiped out the ethnic groups by canceling out Berbanian and Hirawhassan magic and force, maybe interfering with their preparations to come over to retrieve the ashura or asura. In Hindu mythology, asuras are demons, and extraterrestrials, disguised as humans, are the world's most powerful lifeforms. They are now almost gone.


The God's Fist group was subjected to mass annihilation by the British government in order to give Anglicans and Roman Catholics rule over pagan groups. Except for Dion's great-grandparents, who are presently on the North Kihangor continent, they are classified as uncontacted tribes to avoid public disclosure.


Dion was born with no magical abilities until after Flora's victory. He discovered his ex-girlfriend, Ashleigh Cheklovaff, while searching for his mother's grandparents. He came upon an elderly woman named Baba Yaga walking about Taiga Biome, who noted him for his forecast. Because of his Russian origin rather than his Punjabi race, he falls asleep at 1:00 a.m.


Dion ingested bioenergy from a deceased person who was killed by a single person other than Warak Ngendog. The individual was a police officer. He reveals that his mother's best friend was a spiritual director, and the priestess summons Talli Vochkora, a Greek-Armenian sergeant major police officer in the Nueva Santo Petersburg National Police Authority created by an unnamed maiden to protect him from Elder Dragon-level monsters.


The unknown monster flew with a mix of dog, cat, pigeon, theropod, and snake and was dubbed Poreskoro, the final offspring of Ana, the fairy queen of Romani legend, when some Greeks killed her former spouse to prevent mass extinction for ecological balance and marriage.


In unseen story for Worldcraft Generations: Child of Duryodhana vs Child of Bash Chelik event, Poreskoro's opponent had joined him in his wickedness against Warak Ngendog's environmental damage and later he recalled by Queem Celestina Feralozhar, one of his comrades, when his former pals were slain and his old boarding house was destroyed by Thukarro's henchmen.


Dion, his family, friends, former bullies, and Baba Yaga band together to face the new threat in his own next generation, Snegurochka. Poreskoro is enraged at Dion and his comrades for taming it, and he marks it with his marker pen for the shatkona symbol before knocking it down with his fist. He later he used the Poreskoro to destroy Thukarro Utyil and his allies on his hideout in portions of Mount Romanov in Zhidhenia for Kumat and Idhant.
