3 ripe bananas (about 1 ½ cups mashed)
⅓ cup coconut sugar
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup non-dairy milk (such as soy or almond)

1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 cups oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
