A one-pan meal featuring halibut fillets roasted with fennel and orange slices, offering a light and flavorful dish that's easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
4 halibut fillets
1 fennel bulb, sliced
2 oranges, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
On a baking sheet, arrange fennel slices and orange slices.
Place halibut fillets on top, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Roast for 15-20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
