Buffalo Chicken Dip is a game day essential, packed with creamy, spicy, cheesy goodness. Using tender shredded chicken, rich cream cheese, zesty Buffalo sauce, and a touch of blue cheese, this dip is baked to bubbly perfection and served warm with your favorite dippers.
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup Buffalo hot sauce
4 tablespoons blue cheese dressing
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
6 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (1 1/2 cups), divided
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese, divided
10 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded and chopped (about 2 cups)
1 tablespoon finely sliced chives
Carrots, celery sticks, and tortilla chips, for serving
Preheat oven to 350°F and place a rack in the center.
In a large bowl, stir cream cheese, hot sauce, blue cheese dressing, and 1/4 teaspoon salt until smooth.
Fold in 1 cup shredded cheddar and 3 tablespoons blue cheese.
Add chopped chicken and fold to combine. Adjust seasoning with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt if needed.
Spread the mixture in an 11" x 7" ceramic baking dish and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly throughout.
Top with chives and remaining 1 tablespoon blue cheese. Serve hot with veggies and chips.
