Ingredients
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 small red bell pepper, diced
8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
½ cup Sriracha sauce
¼ cup honey
2-3 green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large, oven-proof skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
