6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
3 tbsp soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
2 cups bok choy or spinach, roughly chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
½ cup green onions, chopped
