6 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
Preheat your oven to 425ºF (220ºC). Place the unsalted butter in a 9×13-inch baking pan and put it in the oven to melt.
In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and vanilla extract. Pulse until smooth.
Once the butter is melted in the pan, pour the batter into the hot baking dish over the melted butter.
Bake the German pancake for 22-27 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and puffed up.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle generously with powdered sugar, maple syrup, or any toppings you like.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
