For the Taquitos:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
8 flour tortillas (or corn tortillas for taquitos)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Alternatively, preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it into small pieces until browned. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the taco seasoning, sour cream, cream cheese, and salsa. Cook until the mixture is well-combined and heated through.
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded pepper jack cheese until melted and smooth.
