1 English cucumber
8 oz package imitation crab meat, chopped
3 green onions, sliced
Soy sauce, spicy mayo, kosher salt, and pepper to taste
1 avocado, sliced
Optional: sesame seeds, pickled ginger, wasabi, ginger soy glaze
Thinly slice the cucumber using a mandolin or sharp knife and place in a bowl with a lid.
Add chopped imitation crab, sliced green onions, soy sauce, spicy mayo, kosher salt, and pepper to taste.
