1 lb refrigerated shredded hashbrowns
1 cup bacon bits
1 cup shredded cheese
4 eggs, beaten
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Non-stick cooking spray
In a large bowl, combine shredded hashbrowns, bacon bits, shredded cheese, and beaten eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the waffle iron on medium-high heat and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
Add about 1 cup of the mixture to the waffle iron, spreading it evenly.
Close the waffle iron and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the waffles are golden brown and crispy.
Carefully remove the waffles from the iron and set them aside.
Repeat the process until all the mixture is used up.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings, such as sour cream, ketchup, or parsley for a savory flavor, or with maple syrup for a sweet twist.
