4 fresh salmon fillets (6 oz each)
¼ cup honey
¼ cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, and thyme.
Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet.
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Brush each fillet generously with the honey mustard mixture, reserving some for later.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
