Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Breast is a simple yet flavorful dish made with tender, juicy chicken breasts coated in a creamy, tangy sauce. The chicken is seasoned and baked to perfection, ensuring it stays moist and flavorful. This dish is perfect for quick weeknight dinners or special occasions, providing a deliciously rich meal with minimal prep time.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 4-6 oz each)
½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a healthier option)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (or a mix of dried oregano, basil, and thyme)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish
Cooking spray or olive oil to grease the baking dish
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish lightly with olive oil or nonstick spray.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Season the chicken breasts on both sides with a little salt and pepper. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
Coat the chicken evenly with the mayonnaise-Parmesan mixture. Spread the sauce generously over the top and sides of each chicken breast.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). The sauce should turn golden brown, forming a slightly crispy crust on the chicken.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or chives before serving.
